Hi! Me again! Thanks for mentioning my comment! Just wanted to say it's siu lum, or siu lam (not sui), some spell it sil lum, dunno why, I speak some mandarin and don't know the first thing about the romanization of Cantonese. Glad to hear you guys enjoy craft beer as much as I do. I've been going regularly to the US (particularly Florida) for the past four years and I can't get enough of your beers (we do have craft beer down here but it's not that widely available and a bit more expensive). Maybe next time I go there we could get some pints together!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work!
Thanks again for the correction (I changed it in the show notes). As far as the craft beers, yeah, I been slowly getting there for the last 3 or 4 years. And if you're in South Florida (we're in Fort Lauderdale, and Hialeah), we have an open door policy. Come on in and train with us! Then we can replenish the calories however we need to.
DeleteYou say come up to Florida, where are you coming from? What art do you study?
